Dr. Jane Daggett Dillenbergeris GTU Professor Emerita of Visual Arts and Theology. M.A., Radcliffe; L.H.D., Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology. Trained as an art historian and curator, she has lectured all over the world on the role of visual art and the artist in theological discourse. She is the author of Image and Spirit in Sacred and Secular Art, Style and Content in Christian Art, Secular Art with Sacred Themes, and most recently, The Religious Art of Andy Warhol. Her articles have appeared in numerous art and theological publications. In addition, she has curated three exhibitions, two of which have traveled to four museums across the country, including the Berkeley Art Museum, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Washington National Art Gallery.
